Notion Restaurant is the creation of AAA five diamond and Mobile 5 star chef David Racicot.  Jen Bee Design provided design consultation services with this client, providing guidance and suggestions on aspects such as furniture selection, layout, and finishes.  Rather than providing detailed drawings and specifications  for this project, the dialogue with the client provided just the amount of support required for this gem establishment.
