Jen Bee was Project Architect for Willow while employed at Edge Studio.  When Willow partial owner Rick Stern decided to open two new restaurants in 2010 with new partner and chef Brian Pekarcik, he came to Jen Bee Design for architectural and design services (see "Spoon Pittsburgh" and""BRGR").   Willow chef and partial owner Michael Rudman also came to Jen Bee in 2011 when renovating his existing "Luma Restaurant" in Aspinwall, PA.
